Lexus Technology Specialists introduce customers to their new cars and review the features of each vehicle at the time of their delivery. Lexus Technology Specialists serve as a resource for customers who have any questions about how to use the advanced functions of their vehicle, navigation system, and the new Lexus Enform telematics system.
While in the dealership, customers may visit the Lexus Technology Center, located near the Service Drive, to get assistance with Bluetooth, navigation, and any other technology related issues. A Technology Specialist is available during business hours to troubleshoot problems or provide additional education on Lexus vehicle features.
Taking customer service to even greater heights, Lexus Technology Specialists are available to provide additional support away from the dealership. If a customer needs assistance with programming Lexus Homelink (garage doors, gates, etc.) or cannot find a convenient time to come to the dealership, Technology Specialists are available by appointment to meet the customer’s needs at their home or office.
