Went in for a small recall repair and an oil change. They found a nail in a tire that couldn’t be repaired, so called me to approve replacing the tire. All good! Excellent service start to finish. Melissa kept me informed throughout and had a loaner ready to go for me. The entire service took less time even than originally expected—and my car was washed and shiny when I picked it up.
Service folks very attentive and informed. Their 100,000 mile checkup found and repaired a warranty issue that would have cost me $4000 when my warranty expired in a few weeks. The rest of their service identified and addressed. small issues. I was very satisfied with the service my RX350 got from Lexus of Tulsa.

Lexus of Tulsa is a great dealership after 2 RX350’s and many maintenance visits. But- Kedrick Watson is no longer with Lexus in the service department and he will he missed by customers. On January third I took my Lexus in for service and car wash. The service was very good, friendly, they let me know what was going on and that my tires were needing to be replaced. While my car was there one of their employees got in my console and took a pistol that I carry, they had no business being in my console.
