SAFETY CONNECT

Safety Connect* trial is included for the first 3 years of ownership. If your vehicle is equipped, you’ll be able to access valuable features that help put your mind at ease.

STOLEN VEHICLE LOCATER

Once a police report is filed, the Safety Connect* response center can work with police to help track and recover your stolen vehicle using Safety Connect’s embedded cellular and GPS technology. This may help to recover your vehicle more quickly, minimizing the amount of damage incurred. In addition, the Stolen Vehicle Location system works across the United States.

ENHANCED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

With the added benefit of GPS technology, Lexus Enhanced Roadside Assistance* makes standard roadside service even more convenient than other services on the market . Whether your vehicle has run out of gas, has a flat tire, needs to be towed or requires a jump-start, assistance can be sent to your vehicle’s location—all at the press of the Emergency Assistance button (SOS).

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE BUTTON (SOS)

Whether it’s a health emergency, a traffic accident or some other urgent situation where help is required, a single press of the Emergency Assistance Button (SOS) can connect you to a 24-hour Safety Connect* response center agent. Using your vehicle’s GPS technology, the agent can send emergency services to your vehicle’s location while offering to stay on the line with you until help arrives. Service agreements required.

AUTOMATIC COLLISION NOTIFICATION

In the event that your vehicle’s airbags* deploy or you’re involved in a severe rear-end collision, you’ll be automatically connected to a response center agent* if your vehicle is so equipped. If there is no response after attempting to make contact with the occupants, the agent will notify local emergency services of the situation and direct them to your vehicle’s location.

SERVICE CONNECT

Available via the Lexus app, Service Connect* connects you to Vehicle Health Reports and more. The Service Connect trial is included with the first 10 years of ownership if your vehicle is equipped.

VEHICLE HEALTH REPORT

Your Vehicle Health Report* provides important information including fuel level, vehicle mileage, SmartAccess* key battery status, engine oil quantity and more. For the ultimate in service convenience, you can choose to have a dealer automatically notified of the status of your vehicle and contact you to help schedule a service. This proactive scheduling method can help save you time and keep your vehicle at its peak performance.

VEHICLE ALERTS

These notifications* are sent to both you and your dealer if your vehicle is equipped, when your vehicle reports a malfunction-related event such as low tire pressure. This allows you to schedule a service visit and repair your vehicle accurately and efficiently. The Vehicle Alert Notification is based on your preferred notification method such as email or mobile, and are also viewable on the Vehicle Health Report.* You may change your notification preference by visiting LexusDrivers.com or using the Lexus app.

MAINTENANCE ALERTS

Scheduled maintenance alerts* are sent from your vehicle to you and your preferred dealer, if your vehicle is so equipped. These helpful alerts also remind your dealer to contact you when maintenance is required, to help keep your vehicle running at its best. Drivers can also check their key fob battery level remotely via the Lexus app or through the Lexus Drivers website.

Enhanced Wi-Fi* capabilities offer seamless access to your favorite music and make it easy for multiple devices to stay connected while on the go.

4All the airbag systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All airbags (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating airbag, always wear seatbelts and sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible. Do not put objects in front of an airbag or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. See Owner’s Manual for additional limitations and details.

6The SmartAccess system may interfere with some pacemakers or cardiac defibrillators. If you have one of these medical devices, please talk to your doctor to see if you should deactivate this system. The engine immobilizer is a state-of-the-art anti-theft system. When you insert your key into the ignition switch or bring a SmartAccess fob into the vehicle, the key transmits an electronic code to the vehicle. The engine will only start if the code in the transponder chip inside the key/fob matches the code in the vehicle’s immobilizer. Because the transponder chip is embedded in the key/fob, it can be costly to replace. If you lose a key or fob, your Lexus dealer can help. Alternatively, you can find a qualified independent locksmith to perform high-security key services by consulting your local Yellow Pages or by contacting www.aloa.org.
